Shelbourne Motors is a family run business that has expanded to become one of the largest motor groups in Northern Ireland.
The purpose of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Advisor is to deliver an excellent service to our customers which exceeds their expectations. The CRM Advisor will strive to maximise vehicle service bookings for the company against predetermined targets set by management. The role involves conducting a variety of telephone calls such as customer service reminders, providing service quotes, sale of Toyota Motor Insurance, customer satisfaction and prospecting calls. The role also includes ensuring the customer database is cleansed regularly and kept up-to-date, organising customer vehicle service bookings and dealing with any customer complaints in a satisfactory manner.
- The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills with a professional telephone manner and the ability to build customer rapport.
- This role will suit someone with great attention to detail, previous switchboard experience, a willingness to learn and the ability to process information accurately and efficiently.

Hours of work
8.30am – 5.30pm for four days per week & one late evening Mon – Thurs 11.30am – 8pm (42 hours per week)
